Yesterday we had a situation where a lady had problems with her boiler to the point where it actually broke down and she lost all of her heating and hot water! So, she called out an engineer and he managed to determine the part that was faulty. He called back to the office and told them the part he needed as he didn’t have it on the van. Unfortunately, the office didn’t have the part in stock as it was quite a rare part.
